Patapsco Trailfest Recap
We could not be more excited and satisfied about how everyone came together for a weekend of celebrating our amazing trail system with Camping, Running, Hiking, Riding, and Racing. Thanks to our partners within the Maryland Park Service, Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park, Mountain Club of Maryland, Patapsco Heritage Greenway, Old Line Velo, Single Speed Outlaw, REI, Princeton Sports, Adventures for the Cure, Patapsco 50K, and MORE who helped us bring nearly 850 users together for a super fun weekend.
This was the first event of it’s kind where every single rider and racer ( well… not the kids ) was a MORE member. We grew MORE’s membership by more than 10% in a single event!
New faces were everywhere thanks to the enduro and runs and hikes, it was an all new format that surpassed our expectations.
Thank you so much for attending and playing and to our volunteers working so hard to make the event such a success. Next years event will be in the same location ( Pickall Area – Patapsco Valley State Park ) September 15-17, 2017.
