Thanks to Jim Harmon at EX2 Adventures, MoCo Epic was able to fence-off the beer garden, supply aid stations with water coolers and provide other amenities at no cost.
If you didn’t get to ride Schaffer during the MoCo Epic, join Jim at EX2 Rendezvous Saturday November 5th.
If you can’t race, then volunteer and help make it all happen! Volunteers help with check-in, aid stations, course marshaling, timing, food, course sweeping and course demarking. Shifts are usually 2-4 hrs and are available all day. Volunteers receive free food, a cool race t-shirt, $15 off a future EX2 race or $5 off EX2 merchandise, and our sincere appreciation. Plus, volunteering at EX2 races is fun!
The flowy, fast, and fun trails at Schaeffer Farms offer twisty single-track, stream crossings, log ramps, several steep hills, and open farm field running/riding. We will start with a half marathon and 10K in the morning (9am and 10:15am, respectively) followed by a cross country mountain bike race at 2pm in the afternoon. Run, ride, or both – you choose!
