I was feeling motivated yesterday and rode Quantico's course for the first time this year. The weather was beautiful. Decided to bring my Yeti 575 out of hibernation. Downhills were a blast as always. However, man was I winded on the climbs. This place always seems to take a lot out of me! I just have to keep doing it, I'm hoping my body will adapt and overcome.
